My name is Mike Bryant; I’m a Certified NCSF (National Council on Strength and Fitness) Personal Trainer. NCSF is one of only a few officially recognized organizations; they have been reviewed and audited by the NCCA (National Commission for Certifying Agencies). The NCCA represents the highest accreditation standard for any profession outside of federal regulation and the NCSF have received accreditation status from them.
The purpose of my blog and website http://www.getfitco.com/ is first and foremost to help people achieve their fitness goals, at a fraction of the cost of employing a personal trainer, and in a simplified manner. I am dedicated to bringing you the most responsible up to date technological advances in exercise, nutrition and body composition control.
I was born in England where I was educated thru College.
